1. Information we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect information such as your name, business email, company details, cargo description, supplier location, destination, shipment measurements, timing and any notes or documents you choose to provide.
Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and request logs may be processed by our hosting and security providers to operate and protect the website.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to distinguish legitimate quote requests from automated abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics may process aggregated website usage and performance information without using advertising cookies or cross-site visitor profiles.
2. How we use information
- Review and respond to shipment, sourcing or inspection requests
- Prepare quotations and coordinate requested services
- Communicate about cargo details, documents and operational updates
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose website problems
- Meet legal, compliance and recordkeeping obligations
3. When information may be shared
Information may be shared only as reasonably needed with service providers involved in the requested work, such as warehouses, carriers, licensed customs brokers, final-mile providers, inspectors, technology providers and professional advisers. It may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and security.
Website quote requests are stored with Cloudflare infrastructure so a temporary email delivery failure does not cause the request to be lost. A delivery queue may retry sending the notification to our verified business inbox.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Data retention and security
Quote requests that do not become part of an ongoing service relationship are normally deleted from the website inquiry database after 12 months. Information connected with an active service relationship may be kept longer when reasonably needed for operations, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
5. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You can also choose to contact us directly by email instead of using the website form.
6. Contact
