2. Quote requests
Submitting a form or email does not create a booking or service contract. Quotations depend on accurate product, shipment, document, origin and destination information. A quotation may be revised or withdrawn if facts change, cargo differs from the stated basis, documents are incomplete, or operational and regulatory conditions require a change.
3. Cargo information and compliance
The requester is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including product description, material, intended use, brand authorization, batteries, liquids, powder, magnets, wood packaging, regulated features and any other characteristic relevant to transport or import.
The buyer or importer remains responsible for product legality, safety, testing, labeling, intellectual-property rights, import eligibility and required permits unless a signed service agreement expressly states otherwise.
4. Customs and third-party services
Customs clearance may be coordinated through licensed U.S. customs brokers. Carriers, brokers, warehouses, inspectors, authorities and other independent providers retain responsibility for their own services and decisions. No promise is made of zero inspections, guaranteed clearance or exemption from lawful duties, taxes or enforcement.
5. Timing and operational conditions
Schedules and transit estimates are planning information. Weather, carriers, ports, congestion, customs, inspections, appointments, final-mile conditions and other events may affect timing. A guarantee applies only if it is explicitly included in a signed written agreement.
